Nortel Securities Plaintiffs Seek To Preserve Docs

Law360, New York (February 23, 2010, 2:01 PM EST) -- The plaintiffs in a purported securities class action against Nortel Networks Corp.’s officers have asked the bankruptcy court overseeing the telecommunications firm’s Chapter 11 proceedings to make sure documents key to their action are preserved if it signs off on rulings related to certain asset sales.
