Enough Talking, Six Flags Noteholders Say

Law360, New York (February 23, 2010, 6:51 PM EST) -- Noteholders of Six Flags Operations Inc., a subsidiary of the bankrupt amusement park operator, have told a bankruptcy court that the debate over restructuring plans is so fractious that a proposed mediation will not solve anything.

The informal committee of noteholders on Monday asked the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware to block an attempt to force it into mediation with the debtors and a rival group of noteholders that hold debt in the affiliated Six Flags Inc.
