Court KOs Boxer's Appeal Of Promoter's Contract Win

Law360, New York (February 24, 2010, 1:03 PM EST) -- A Rhode Island appeals court has affirmed a ruling that boxer Scott Pemberton breached an agreement by failing to give boxing promoter Classic Entertainment & Sports Inc. its share of his earnings from a 2005 fight.
