Tribe Members Win Class Cert. In Power Line Dispute

Law360, New York (February 25, 2010, 1:40 PM EST) -- A federal judge has certified a class of more than 1,000 American Indian tribe members in a suit alleging the U.S. government's Western Area Power Administration has maintained and profited from electrical transmission lines on land held in trust for their community.
