Plumped Chicken Needs Better Labeling: Sen. Boxer

Law360, New York (February 25, 2010, 2:43 PM EST) -- Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., has called for the U.S. Department of Agriculture to take another look at regulations that allow chickens injected with saltwater — a process known as plumping — to be labeled “100 percent all natural.”
