Marketing Firm Hits Rival With $20M Secrets Suit

Law360, New York (February 25, 2010, 5:06 PM EST) -- Digital marketing firm Atrinsic Inc. has filed a $20 million trade secrets suit against Converge Direct LLC, alleging that the rival hired away a senior account manager who had access to confidential company data and that the former employee violated a noncompete pact.

Atrinsic filed suit Tuesday in the Supreme Court of the State of New York for the County of New York, accusing Converge of misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition and tortious interference and former account manager Krysta Cardinale of breach of contract....
