Revised Patent Reform Bill On The Way, Leahy Says

Law360, New York (February 25, 2010, 4:19 PM EST) -- Senate Judiciary Committee chair Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., said Thursday that a bipartisan group of senators had reached an agreement on revisions to an overhaul of the U.S. patent system that has generally been opposed by inventors and supported by technology heavyweights.
