US Sack Makers Call Commerce Scope Ruling Erroneous

Law360, New York (March 1, 2010, 2:57 PM EST) -- A trade group representing manufacturers of laminated sacks used in retail packaging has asked the U.S. Court of International Trade to find that the Department of Commerce erred in finding that certain sacks imported from China fell outside anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders.
