Enzo Wins Interference Ruling In Siemens Patent Spat

Law360, New York (March 1, 2010, 5:56 PM EST) -- The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences has sided with Enzo Biochem Inc. in an interference dispute with Siemens AG, giving the life sciences company the right to a full term for a patent related to nucleic acid signal amplification used in disease diagnosis.
