Law360, New York (March 2, 2010, 5:16 PM EST) -- A California appeals court has reversed a judgment in favor of defendant Laidlaw Transit Inc., a school bus contractor accused of breaching contracts with the San Francisco Unified School District by running buses the company knew violated pollution provisions.
