Worker Wants Collective Cert. In Conoco FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (March 2, 2010, 3:43 PM EST) -- A worker accusing ConocoPhillips Pipe Line Co. of squeezing him on overtime wages in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act has asked a federal court to certify a collective action, saying the company's allegedly illegal overtime policy affects at least 80 California employees.
