Charbucks, Starbucks IP Spat To Head To Mediation

Law360, New York (March 5, 2010, 7:23 PM EST) -- The long-running trademark dispute between coffee giant Starbucks Corp. and a mom-and-pop New Hampshire coffee company that markets a blend called “Mister Charbucks” is headed to mediation.

The case, launched in 2001 by Starbucks against Wolfe's Borough Coffee Inc., will go before a magistrate judge in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York for mediation, according to an order filed Thursday.
