Standley Law Aims To Nix Patent Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (March 8, 2010, 3:59 PM EST) -- The Standley Law Group LLP has asked a federal judge to dismiss a malpractice lawsuit alleging that its poor advice to JS Products Inc. resulted in the company being targeted with a patent infringement suit by Mag Instrument Inc. over flashlight technology.
