Discovery Bid Granted In Fraud Suit Over YouTube

Law360, New York (March 8, 2010, 6:43 PM EST) -- A Carnegie Mellon University graduate has won a bid for discovery in a contract and fraud suit alleging that YouTube LLC founders Chad Hurley and Steve Chen failed to pay him for his involvement in the creation of the video-sharing Web site after it was sold to Google Inc. for $1.65 billion.
