E.U. To Warn Germany Over Telecom Competition

Law360 (December 20, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- The European Commission has decided to give Germany an official warning over a new law defying the Commission’s 2003 order that dominant telecommunications companies open their networks to competition.
