Chinese Magnesium Importer Objects To Duty Order

Law360, New York (March 9, 2010, 3:40 PM EST) -- A Chinese magnesium exporter has asked the U.S. Court of International Trade to order a recalculation of its dumping margin and declare that the U.S. Department of Commerce's rescission of a review of the anti-dumping duty order was improper.

The exporter, Tianjin Magnesium International Co. Ltd., sought relief in a brief filed Tuesday in response to defendant-intervenor US Magnesium LLC's own motion for judgment on the agency record.
