Class Cert. Sought In Minute Maid Juice Benefits Suit

Law360, New York (March 11, 2010, 5:49 PM EST) -- A California juice drinker has asked a judge to certify a class of potentially millions of people in a suit alleging The Cola-Cola Co. falsely implies that its Minute Maid Enhanced Pomegranate Blueberry Juice contains nutritional benefits.

Plaintiff Niloofar Saeidian filed the motion Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, requesting class certification for all state residents who purchased the juice since Sept. 1, 2007.
