Ga. High Court Gives Go-Ahead To Southstar Billing Suit

Law360, New York (March 16, 2010, 3:17 PM EDT) -- Georgia’s high court has cleared the way for a putative class action alleging Southstar Energy Services LLC overcharged its natural gas customers tens of millions of dollars, upholding an appeals court's ruling that the claims are not barred by the voluntary payment doctrine.
