1st Trial Of Tyson Donning, Doffing MDL To Start In Aug.

Law360, New York (March 18, 2010, 6:09 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has rejected Tyson Foods Inc.'s bids for summary judgment and to decertify several classes of workers in sprawling multidistrict donning and doffing litigation, clearing the way for the first test trial to start in August.

Judge Clay D. Land of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia on Wednesday declined Tyson's request to decertify classes of workers at plants in Georgia, Arkansas, Indiana, Oklahoma, Missouri and Tennessee.
