Delphi Wants Mayer Brown’s Reach Extended

Law360, New York (January 2, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Delphi Corp. has asked a bankruptcy judge to expand the role of Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP, which had earlier been retained as the beleaguered auto supplier’s special counsel for outsourcing.

The Michigan-based manufacturer filed a supplemental application with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Manhattan last week, seeking permission to extend Mayer Brown’s employment to provide business process outsourcing services.
