Shipping Capacity An Issue In Export Plan: Panel

Law360, New York (March 22, 2010, 5:58 PM EDT) -- As the Obama administration ramps up its National Export Initiative, which aims to double U.S. exports in five years, a U.S. House of Representatives panel has raised questions about whether the U.S. has the ship and container capacity for such an increase.
