Kohler Bests Replacement Worker WARN Suit

Law360, New York (March 22, 2010, 3:22 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has dismissed claims brought by 111 former replacement workers who alleged Kohler Co. violated federal labor laws by rehiring union employees and firing their replacements at the end of a strike at an Arkansas factory.
