SEC Warns First Horizon Exec About Sentinel Claims

Law360, New York (March 25, 2010, 2:26 PM EDT) -- An executive and two subsidiaries of First Horizon National Corp. have learned they may become targets in legal actions over alleged securities violations by a former customer, Sentinel Management Group Inc., which is being liquidated under Chapter 11.
