Atty To Refile Nixed Sugar & Felsenthal Ponzi Suit

Law360, New York (March 26, 2010, 3:39 PM EDT) -- An attorney representing a putative class of plaintiffs accusing Sugar & Felsenthal LLP of negligence for not properly vetting offerings it made on behalf of a client who purportedly bilked investors out of at least $70 million through a Ponzi scheme has vowed to refile the claims after they were dismissed for lack of personal jurisdiction.
