Law360, New York (March 26, 2010, 5:08 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has tossed the majority of the claims brought by the publisher of a TV magazine and listings guide who accused Newsday and other defendants of attempting to monopolize and dominate the print advertising market on Long Island.
