Chubb Docs Unveiled In Insurance Brawl With Grange

Law360, New York (March 26, 2010, 5:56 PM EDT) -- Chubb Custom Insurance Co. has been ordered to unveil part of its purportedly "highly confidential" files in a dispute with Grange Mutual Casualty Co. over who should pay for two class actions that accused Grange and other insurers of conspiring to bilk policyholders.

Judge Norah McCann King of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio on Thursday partly granted Grange's motion to make public Chubb's electronic claims notes file, which serves as a record of written communications between it and Grange.
