7th Circ. Sends Bayer HIV Claims To Taiwan

Law360, New York (March 29, 2010, 5:06 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has upheld the dismissal of HIV-infected Taiwan residents' time-barred tort claims in multidistrict litigation accusing Bayer Corp. and Baxter Healthcare Corp. of concealing the risks of their hemophilia medication, sending the suit's remaining contract claims to Taiwan.
