Hong Kong Man Extradited To US For Exporting Arms

Law360, New York (March 30, 2010, 1:55 PM EDT) -- Three men have been charged with attempting to illegally export 10 pieces of equipment used in military flight simulators without the proper export licenses, crimes that could carry up to a 10-year prison sentence and a $1 million fine.

The trio's indictment was unsealed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts on Friday after one of the men, Hok Shek Chan of Hong Kong, was extradited to the U.S. and arraigned in the federal court.
