Lilly, Sandoz Can't End Generic Prozac Suicide Case

Law360, New York (April 1, 2010, 5:55 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to dismiss accusations that Eli Lilly & Co. and Sandoz Inc. neglected to alert patients of the alleged link between a generic form of Prozac and suicide, rejecting the drug giants' argument that the failure-to-warn suit was preempted.
