Chinese Herbicide, Aluminum Latest Dumping Targets

Law360, New York (April 1, 2010, 7:12 PM EDT) -- Two categories of Chinese imports are now targets of anti-dumping actions following recent petitions for dumping investigations of glyphosate and aluminum extrusions.

The U.S. International Trade Commission on Wednesday granted a petition from the Aluminum Extrusions Fair Trade Committee and other industry groups urging an investigation of several classes of aluminum extrusions used as parts in a plethora of items, including window frames, door frames and solar panels.
