Daimler Agrees To Pay $185M In FCPA Cases

Law360, New York (April 1, 2010, 7:05 PM EDT) -- Daimler AG has agreed to pay $185 million to resolve allegations by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice that the German automaker paid millions of dollars in bribes to officials in at least 22 foreign countries to secure government contracts.
