Purdue Settles Ark. Fund's OxyContin Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (April 6, 2010, 5:24 PM EDT) -- An employee benefits fund in Arkansas has settled a suit accusing Purdue Pharmaceuticals LP of blocking generic competition by filing bogus patent litigation over OxyContin, marking the latest agreement in the drugmaker's continued effort to resolve all pending cases in the multidistrict litigation.
