Personal Audio Seeks More Info From Apple In IP Spat

Law360, New York (April 6, 2010, 4:26 PM EDT) -- Personal Audio LLC has asked a federal judge to order Apple Inc. to give more complete responses to several discovery queries in a patent infringement suit over audio playback technology, claiming that Apple offered "virtually no responsive information” in its initial answers.
