Patent Outsourcing Thrives Amid Lingering Concerns

Law360 (January 8, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- As U.S. companies and law firms fork over increasing amounts of patent work to offshore vendors in India, legal experts are debating how well the financial benefits stack up against the intellectual property concerns surrounding the practice.
