Suit Over Samsung Printer Error Messages Tossed

Law360, New York (April 12, 2010, 3:55 PM EDT) -- A federal court has dismissed a proposed class action against Samsung Electronics America Inc. alleging some of Samsung's printers require the user to replace their ink cartridges before they are actually empty, though it gave the plaintiff, insurance agency Warma Witter Kreisler Inc., leave to replead.
