$110M E-Ferol Settlement Gets Final Approval

Law360, New York (April 12, 2010, 5:16 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has given final approval for O'Neal Inc., Retrac Inc. and several of their insurers to pay up to $110 million to settle a class action over E-Ferol, a toxic vitamin solution that allegedly caused liver and kidney failure in premature infants in the mid-1980s.
