TitleMax Reorganization Plan Gets Green Light

Law360, New York (April 12, 2010, 7:37 PM EDT) -- A bankruptcy judge has signed off on the reorganization plan of TitleMax Holdings Inc., putting the car and motorcycle title loan company on the path to emerge from bankruptcy.

Judge Lamar W. Davis Jr. of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Georgia confirmed the reorganization plan at a hearing Monday, according to DLA Piper, the law firm representing TitleMax.
