Plaintiffs Try To Revive Butterball Don, Doff Case

Law360, New York (April 15, 2010, 2:00 PM EDT) -- The plaintiffs who brought a would-be class and collective action against Butterball LLC are challenging a district court ruling that threw out their case and held that their union had acquiesced to the company's policy of not paying turkey processing plant workers for donning and doffing protective gear.

Named plaintiffs Clara Salazar and Juanita Ybarra filed a notice of appeal in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado on Thursday.
