Wall Herald To Pay $20M For NJ Superfund Cleanup

Law360, New York (April 15, 2010, 3:45 PM EDT) -- Wall Herald Corp. has agreed to pay $20 million for past and future environmental cleanup costs incurred by the U.S. government at a Superfund site in Wall Township, N.J., that was polluted by Monitor Devices Inc. through the manufacture of computer circuit boards in the 1970s and 1980s.
