Law360, New York (January 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Regulators may soon have inside information about media tycoon Conrad Black’s compensation and bonuses. The accounting firm currently in charge of Ravelston, Black’s holding company, has asked an Ontario court for permission to turn over the figures to prosecutors working on the criminal case against Black.
RSM Richter, which has been running Ravelston since it was placed under court-ordered receivership in 2005, asked the Ontario Superior Court for the go-ahead to give U.S. prosecutors information on Black’s salary, dividends and bonuses.
