JPML Won't Combine Plastic Molding Patent Cases

Law360, New York (April 20, 2010, 5:55 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation has shot down a patent holder's request to centralize more than two dozen cases alleging companies including Target Corp. and Motorola Inc. have infringed a patent covering a plastic injection molding process.
