Nike Golf Club Inventor Claims Putted Back Into Court

Law360, New York (April 21, 2010, 2:31 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has revived inventorship claims that golf club designer Triple Tee Golf Inc. and its principal brought as part of a trade secrets suit against Nike Inc., remanding the case to a district court for further proceedings.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on Tuesday affirmed the dismissal of trade secrets claims Triple Tee and firm principal John Gillig had brought against Nike, but said Triple Tee and Gillig's inventorship claims were not barred.
