Lincoln National Can't Shake ERISA Suit

Law360, New York (April 21, 2010, 1:33 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has rejected a bid by Lincoln National Corp. to toss a putative class action alleging the insurer's retirement plans were imprudent to invest in company stock because of Lincoln's exposure to mortgage-backed securities.
