Water Pollution, Illegal Logging Top Feds' Enviro List

Law360, New York (April 23, 2010, 7:32 PM EDT) -- The U.S. government plans to bring more criminal enforcement actions in environmental cases involving Clean Water Act violations, environmental crimes that endanger workers, and cases involving illegally harvested timber and pollution from ships, according to federal officials.
