Law360, New York (April 23, 2010, 1:07 PM EDT) -- Fish & Richardson PC's previous relationship with Openwave Systems Inc. has led a federal judge to order the firm to end its representation of software company 724 Solutions (US) Inc., which Openwave has accused of infringing several cell phone Internet access patents.
