Northwest Files Plan, But No Disclosure Statement

Law360 (January 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Northwest Airlines Corp. has filed its reorganization plan, but the court overseeing the bankrupt airline's Chapter 11 proceedings has granted the company's request to push back the deadline for filing a disclosure statement.

Friday, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Allan Gropper signed an order giving Northwest until Feb. 15 to file a disclosure statement.
