Exec Sues Nummi For $1.7M In Unpaid Pension Funds

Law360, New York (April 29, 2010, 5:44 PM EDT) -- A senior executive and his estranged wife have sued New United Motor Manufacturing Inc., claiming the company, a joint venture between Toyota Motor Corp. and General Motors Corp., is withholding $1.7 million in pension benefits promised under his employment contract.

William and Susan Borton lodged a complaint Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, alleging Nummi has refused to hand over deferred compensation William Borton invested with the company in the 25 years he worked there.
