Lil Wayne Sued For Lost Bahamas Concert Revenue

Law360, New York (April 30, 2010, 2:25 PM EDT) -- A concert promoter has sued Dwayne Carter, better known as incarcerated hip-hop kingpin Lil Wayne, for over $800,000 in funds lost on a show in the Bahamas that Carter refused to perform after passing out.

Red City Entertainment LLC filed the complaint alleging breach of contract, conversion, fraud and conspiracy against Carter, his entertainment company Young Money Entertainment LLC and the Ujaama Talent Agency Inc. in the New York State Supreme Court on Wednesday.
