Law360, New York (April 30, 2010, 5:48 PM EDT) -- Texas-based feed additive company Animal Science Products Inc. and another plaintiff have appealed a district court's dismissal of an operative complaint accusing Chinese mineral and metal producers of conspiring to fix the price of their exports to the U.S.
