Ex-SK Foods CEO Faces New Antitrust Charges

Law360, New York (April 30, 2010, 3:12 PM EDT) -- SK Foods LP's former CEO has been indicted on additional charges of bid-rigging and price-fixing for his alleged role in a conspiracy to suppress competition in the tomato processing industry.

A federal grand jury in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California on Thursday returned a superseding 12-count indictment against Frederick Scott Salyer, adding allegations that he conspired to fix prices and rig bids for the sale of tomato paste.
